LUIS BRITO, Co-owner
Luis comes from Petaluma, California. There as a young man, he worked on boats for seven years before getting a job with BMW.
He worked at the same dealership from 1976 until 1998. Luis has been through every BMW training course offered; he has been a
BMW Master Tech since 1985. His last 10 years in California were as the shop foreman. After moving to the Rouge Valley, he
worked at Lithia BMW until 2004, when he and Dan Young purchased John's Auto Care Center. Luis' depth of knowledge and
understanding of the complex technology that is BMW, gives John's Auto Care customers a level of service they can not get
elsewhere. Purchasing the shop enabled Luis and Dan to express their vision of how to run an automotive repair business that
has the customer, their satisfaction, and trust as the main reason for daily operation.

DAN YOUNG, Co-owner
After graduating technical school in 1987, Dan went right into the automotive business in Grants Pass; he did sales for Dodge/Chrysler
and then managed two car lots before moving to Portland. He worked management in service at Saturn and then transferred back into Southern Oregon.
Here he worked for Saturn and then went to work for Nissan/BMW. He started at Nissan and was then moved to BMW, where he stayed until 2004 when
He and Luis acquired John's Auto Care Center. Dan worked at the service counter directly with customers, and when given an opportunity to be in
his own business and to be able to give his customers the kind of service he knew they deserved, he did not hesitate. In large part, the
experience of both Luis and Dan in other shops is what influenced them to create the level of service John's Auto Care customers have come to appreciate and expect.

SEAN DAVIDSON, Shop Foreman
Sean started his automotive career at the age of 18, getting a job at a Chevrolet dealership. Soon after going
to work he discovered he really enjoyed the repair end of the business. He quickly tired of the "grunt" work
that new kids on the block get to do in a dealership service department and started his education and certification
to be able to do more. Sean has been in the industry now for 19 years, and with a high level of commitment to
furthering his knowledge of the cars he works on, he stays abreast of all the latest technology. He has a Datsun 510
race car and an absolute passion for motorcycles.

DEAN LOROS
Dean started his career in 1975, going through the apprenticeship program with British Leyland. He continued working for BL
dealerships till British Leyland failed as a company and left this country. Dean has primarily worked for independent shops
during his career, including owning his own business in Portland, "Major British". He knows all of the British cars and their
idiosyncrasies, and welcomes them to John's Auto Care, understanding both the vehicles and the owners. Dean has had a passion
for racing having competed in Formula Ford and GT5 Sedan racing in a MINI (the old British version). He has been involved in
many high performance projects and really enjoys that aspect of the automotive industry. Dean would be an asset to any shop,
being here at Johns, he broadens the scope of what sort of cars can be brought to the front door. If you have any British
car, from unusual and old (Vauxhall) to new and high performance (Jaguar), bring them to Dean, he loves working on them.
